OLYMPIC FACILITIES
This is either part of the Bejing Olympic Village or one of the stadiums. I can't tell for sure. Click the image for an even larger view. The design is downright creepy when viewed from the air. The picture can be seen here as well (scroll down).
That's an eye, isn't it? It sure looks like an eye.
