The Arizona Star reports:

A high-ranking official with the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops will be in Tucson this weekend to talk about the election season, voting and the Catholic conscience.

John Carr, secretary of the department of justice, peace and human development for the national bishops' conference, has titled his talk, "Faithful Citizenship: Dangers and Directions for the Catholic Voter."
