ANOTHER ONE FILED
PEORIA, IL -- A family from Normal filed a lawsuit Wednesday against the Catholic Diocese of Peoria for allegedly sexually abusing their son.
The ward family says their son was sexually abused twice by Montsignor Thomas Maloney in 1995 and 1996.
The victim, now in his twenties, reported the incident to the Normal Police Department in January 2007.
