CATHOLIC NUNS TRIPLE THE RENT

Across the pond nuns are being blamed by parents for an exorbitant rise in tuition for "the only private Catholic school in the area". The school opened in 1912. Parents appealed to the bishop "before his death" but got no relief. Is the diocese in transition? I wonder what the rest of this story looks like? Was there a sudden rise in property taxes necessitating a rise in rent? Are the nuns trying to take advantage of a potentially lucrative situation to finance an aging order? Too bad the other side of the story wasn't covered.
