NOAHIDE LAWS AND HATRED OF CHRISTIANITY
Some of you may know about the Maurice Pinay blog. Today is the first I have seen of it, and I don't know anything about the author.
He has written a blog titled "JPII's 5/22 Rabinnic Jest at Expense of Noahides". In it he quotes what he says are Jewish texts and which demonstrate Jewish hatred of Christ. One of the quotes is the following:
"The Christians are idolaters, and Sunday is their holiday..." (Maimonides, Mishneh Torah, Chapter 9)
"It is a mitzvah [religious duty], however, to eradicate Jewish traitors, minim, and apikorsim, and to cause them to descend to the pit of destruction, since they cause difficulty to the Jews and sway the people away from God, as did Jesus of Nazareth and his students, and Tzadok, Baithos, and their students. May the name of the wicked rot." (Maimonides, Mishneh Torah, Chapter 10)
He also takes a quote from Maimonides which John Paul II used in an address to the Chief Rabbi of Rome, and attempts to demonstrate that the pope took the passage out of context by giving the larger passage from which it was taken.
He also mentions the penalty for idolatry which is beheading.
