NOAHIDE LAWS COME FROM THE TALMUD
From Wikipedia:
The Seven Noahide Laws (Hebrew: ??? ????? ??? ??, Sheva mitzvot b'nei Noach), also called the Brit Noah ("Covenant of Noah") are mitzvot (commandments) and halakhot (laws) that are morally binding on non-Jews according to Judaism.
They are listed in the Talmud and elaborated on by post-Talmudic authorities.
