WHY HAS SCALIA COME UNDER ATTACK ?
Ok, you politically savvy readers, can you explain it to me?
Dom has been blogging about the way the Boston press has been portraying Scalia recently over his Sicilian hand gesture. If you've been following it, Dom thinks this has been blown way out of proportion and that the reporter gave an incorrect interpretation of the meaning of the gesture as well.
Now it seems that the Rutherford Institute--an organization founded to protect the rights of Christians in the public forum--has waded in against Scalia's impartiality in a particular case. Are they right? Does this even fit within the mission of the Institute? And who is trying to undermine the credibility this Supreme Court Judge?
