ROMAN OPPOSITION TO BENEDICT
is the subject of an article by Sandro Magister. Specifically there are three areas of opposition:
1. It appears that NC-Way has decided to ignore the Pope's requirements that they clean up their liturgy.
2. The anonymous stories about the mechanics of the conclave that elected Cdl. Ratzinger to the papacy which seem to undermine his authority.
3. Translation difficulties, most obviously reflected in the delay of the publication of his first encyclical.
