SEMINARY VISITATION IN THE WORKS

Lots of preparation going into it. Can we assume these will not be surprise visits? If they are not surprise visits, will this be just a PR move--a press op to say that oh yes, the seminaries are now reformed? I'm not a trusting person on this one. I expect to be deceived yet again.
